These lender's do not have very favorable policies to overseas investors. Eg over 500K low doc max LVR 60%. We can provide you with a facility to offer you this type of lending if required.

    However ezyhome loans can provide you with much more generous lending policies eg over 500K low doc max LVR 70% . Generally we cap any one loan at $1M, but you may have multiple loans
